After working in California real estate and with various housing organizations, I recognized a significant gap in housing support for individuals who often face the greatest barriers to finding and maintaining a safe, stable home.
That experience inspired me to create Savant Housing Services, LLC, built on one simple belief: Everyone deserves a home.
Savant provides person-centered housing services for individuals with physical, developmental, mental, and emotional disabilities, as well as former foster youth, individuals with limited support systems, and others facing barriers to stable housing.
Our commitment goes beyond simply finding a place to live. We work to help each person find an environment that meets their individual needs—and provide tailor-made housing retention support designed to help them remain successfully housed for the long term.

Champane Milton serves as the Project Manager at Savant Housing Services, LLC, where she leads project coordination and client advocacy with care, efficiency, and deep industry knowledge. Champane’s commitment to serving individuals with disabilities was shaped early on through her work with her family’s independent living group homes. There, she gained extensive experience providing direct care, managing daily support services, and building meaningful, one-on-one relationships with clients.

Housing Services Manager/ Coordinator
Nathaniel Reed serves as the Housing Services Manager & Coordinator at Savant Housing Services, where he helps guide clients and families through the housing process with care, organization, and personalized support. He was drawn to the housing-services field because he believes that having a safe, stable place to call home is an important foundation for individuals and families to thrive.
In his role, Nathaniel coordinates housing-related services, works closely with clients and support teams, and helps ensure each client receives the guidance and resources needed to move toward their housing goals. His commitment to service, communication, and client advocacy reflects Savant Housing Services’ mission that everyone deserves a home.
